Guest Who's Coming to Town

Two of my Dearest Friends were headed West to stay at with me at my Practice-run Inn.  They were a Couple whom I hold very near and dear to my heart.

This was an occasion I reveled in, as I readied the house for my incoming Guests.

The cleaning was done, the refrigerator stocked and the beds were made just so.  In my new Fall Mode, the bedding had already been changed and the Air Fresheners had turned from floral aroma to Autumn's sweet scents.

My House now felt cozier than it had in recent months.  The fireplace begging to be lit...a hearth that lured any Guest to feel right at Home.

Atop their fluffy comforter rested tiny gifts.  A card welcoming my loved ones coupled with chocolates and nuts.  Water bottles sat at their bedside so no Visitor would go unquenched.

I dimmed the lights in each room to give each just the right feel.  Welcoming and warm... the aura my Inn would inspire.

My hope was to make every Guest  feel as important...as my Very Dearest Friends.  Each should feel as though they were at Home...Sweet Home.

Sweet Dreams,
Me
