Dear Santa,

I've been a pretty good girl this year.  

I've tried to be the best person I can be for others and for myself.  And I've focused on all the right things, for the most part.

If Santa would be so kind as to oblige my short list of Wishes..I'd request only a handful of things.

First, I'd ask him to fill me with Courage and Fortitude for the weeks and months to come.  There are a few things I need to get through before my Sweet Dream can be my sole focus.

Second, please consider giving me Someone Special with whom to share my hopes and dreams.  Somebody who Gets Me and loves the way I love.   I know you've dropped a few down the chimney here and there, but I'd love nothing more than to have confirmation that he is out there - that the one I want does, in fact, exist.  And that he will be mine all mine and love me with all his heart.

Third, keep me on this Journey.  I've had such a wonderful climb so far this year...I only hope that in this next year I can reach the top and take a deep breath.   I've learned so much about myself by focusing on my Sweet Dream...lessons I couldn't have learned any other way.   

I'm anxious to exhale, Santa...to know that the Best of My Life has finally begun.
